ZABU ICE DRIP has launched in JAMEI CHEN Dialogue in Tian-mu!
Ice-Drip Coffee, also known as Ice Dutch Coffee,
is a brewing method developed by the Dutch people during their rule in colonial Java.
The whole process is done under low temperatures, while iced water is dripped at 7 drops per 10 seconds into the coffee ground. Extraction starts when the ground is well soaked.
After brewing, the coffee needs to sit for 9-12 hours before it is refrigerated for two days to let the flavors blend and ripen.
Such brewing method allows the coffee to fully ad purely express its original flavors from the growing region. The texture is smooth, clear and the caffeine content is lower.
The flavors change with every sip. You can savor the slowly emerging flavors such as chocolate, blueberry and wood that are exclusive to specialty coffee.
